What We Do
We partner with nonprofit organizations, health systems, and cross-sector initiatives to deepen equity practice and impact through strategy, learning and evaluation, coaching, and creative engagement. Together, we help build cultures of care and collaboration grounded in accountability, reciprocity, and possibility that extend across teams, organizations, and the communities they serve.
How We Work
Our work is relational at its core. We prioritize authentic connection, provide asset-based capacity building, and engage in creative inquiry and problem solving with and for frontline workers and communities most impacted by health and social inequities. Through intentional spaces and participatory processes that invite reflection, experimentation, and imagination, we support teams and communities in moving from intention to action in ways that are both meaningful and measurable.
Our Philosophy
Our practice is shaped by a range of liberatory frameworks and guiding principles we hold deep gratitude for, including Design Justice, Healing Justice, Emergent Strategy, Transformative Research, Emergent Learning, and Equitable Evaluation to highlight a few. We also integrate intergenerational wisdom and interdisciplinary experience across health and medicine, urban planning, community development, education, youth development, arts and culture, design, social innovation, and policy and advocacy, as we work to reimagine and build ecosystems of care.
